Annapurna Sanctuary Trek

The classic Annapurna trek

One of the classic treks in Nepal. Venture out through Gurung country to the foot of the mighty Annapurna South Wall.

Itinerary:

1. day: Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel

2. day: full day sightseeing, hotel

3. day: Drive to Pokhara in AC bus, transfer to hotel

4. day: Start your trek to Pothana, 1900 m, lodge

5. day: Trek to Lhandrung, 1640 m, lodge

6. day: Trek to Chomrong, 2170 m, lodge

7. day: to Himalaya Hotel, lodge

8. day: via Hinko to Macchapuchare BC, lodge

9. day: Trek to Annapurna BC and back to Hinko, lodge

10. day: Trek to Chomrong, lodge

11. day: Trek to Tadapani (2650 m), lodge

12. day: Trek to Gorepani (2775 m), lodge

13. day: In the morning hike up to Poon Hill (excellent view of Dhaulagiri range and Annapurna group); after breakfast descend to Tikedunga.

14. day: Descend all the way down to Birethanti/Nayapul, drive to Pokhara, hotel

15. day: Fly back to Kathmandu, hotel

16. day: Transfer airport for your international flight.
